Oso Spanish & Mediterranean Inspired Cuisine

We have been here twice now and each time we have had a wonderful experience! The food is incredibly fresh and always tastes amazing. We’ve had the flank steak, the gyros, the appetizer trio (each option is great) and most recently the seafood rice which was fantastic. They even have a new mocktail menu which is great!

My wine education group held our annual holiday wine tasting at Oso this past December. From start to finish, the staff was exceptional, as was the food. Initial contact was easy and we were able to work together with the owner Kasey and the catering manager Hannah to create a really lovely paired 5 course menu. The table set up was perfect, allowing for the 30 guests to interact. Wines were great, and paired perfectly with each generously portioned course. We couldn’t have been happier and plan to return again next year.

This Mediterranean restaurant has excellent food and service. There is a large selection of appetizers and you can have a tapas meal or an entree. There is a full bar and a large wine selection

Great atmosphere and a wonderful menu selection. The whipped feta melted in your mouth, and the burger was a taste explosion! The bacon confit was next level. Highly recommend!!

All of our food was absolutely delicious. We started with the Trio (Hummus, Tzatziki and Whipped Feta). All of it was delicious and very flavorful like the flavors were on steroids here compared to others. Order an extra serving of bread as 1 is definitely not enough for the serving size of the dips. The Feta was our favorite as it was a bit sweet. I had the pear ravioli with falafel and he had the burger. The falafel was moist and had so much flavor. It was terrific with some of the Tzatziki on it. The ravioli was a bit small on portion size and sauce but tasted amazing. He says his burger was #1. He loved the bacon jam on it. The fries came out hot and perfectly crispy. We tried the caramel apple empanada for dessert and we're not disappointed. When we go out to eat, it is for a food experience such as this. I am a good cook but I can't make that great of a meal myself. Our server was on another level of happiness but a bit slow. I realized they were short staffed and we were enjoying our meal so it wasn't an issue for us. The first table behind the door is where we were sat. It's not a good table if you don't like the wind to be hitting your back every time the door is opened. I realize the restaurant is limited on configuration but a solid wall coming off the door to the hostess stand would eliminate the issue. Great selections for vegetarian diets. If we are ever out this way again, we would definitely come back to try more!

This place was exceptional in every way. The server was fantastic and the food and drinks were beyond our expectations. The menu is not overly large, but extremely well thought out, and has something for just a out everyone. The prices are also very fair for what you get. We will definitely be back! Definitely try the "Everything But the Drink" for a unique cocktail !

If you are looking for simple food, this is not your place. This place is the perfect one if you like to experience new and adventurous combinations with an amazing atmosphere and outstanding service. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Wow just wow! It is amazing that a town is smallest Silverton can support such an outstanding Mediterranean in Greek restaurant. A Lott before God cannot make a case against this food. The service was literally effortless it was remarkable to be in a small town and you have service at the sophisticated level where every conceivable need was anticipated it reminded me of service I would receive it a flagship add a major destination Vancouver BC, Los Angeles or New York. The prices compared to food of similar quality and largest cities was insanely low the food was just amazing.
